While driving down the road one sunny day, Jack Weber found this Willy Victor sitting out in a lonely spot at Rantoul.  He inquired at the museum's offices what was to become of this aircraft and found that it was the property of the U.S. Air Force museum, but that if he had the interest to restore the plane it would be a welcome effort on the part of the museum.  (The Air Force has very little funding for such projects).  To make a long story short, we have the blessing of the museum to go forward with the restoration of this bird.  The project is being spearheaded by Jack Weber and Harry Kooyman.  For information on how to participate, e-mail them at: This email address is being protected from spambots.
