Hotels and Motels will be listed here as we get information from them.  For those of you who stayed at the hotel on the Chanute Air Force Base

Grounds, formerly known as the "Fan Marker", the news is, it is under new ownership.  The buildings are being renovated, all rooms will

be air conditioned, an indoor walkway will span the two buildings, and all of this for an increase of 2-7 dollars.  The new name of the place

is the Quarters Inn and the rates are $49.95 single and $54.95 double.  If there are more than two staying in your room, the rate remains

at $54.95.  So far, half of the rooms are reserved at the Quarters Inn, so I would start thinking of getting a reservation soon if you want to stay on the grounds.
